whirlpool dishwasher DU840SWKQ0 leaks ?

My whilpool dishwasher has started to leak in the motor area is there a seal that can be replaced?

Yes, there is a seal that can be purchased to fix the leak. Most likely the leak is where the motor shaft inserts into the pump housing, the part that is no longer working properly is the seal head. If this is the location of the leak then all you need is a new seal head, which can be purchased online from a number of different sites. To be sure this is where the leak is originating from, pull out your dishwasher from the cupboard, so you can visually see where the motor shaft inserts into the pump housing. Turn the dishwasher on to check if this is the exact location where the leak is originating from if so the seal head needs to be replaced.
