How can I fix my VW standard radio cassete player?

Y reg VW Polo radio light stays on when I turn off ignition and flattens the battery overnight, ignition switch seems to be working. Anyone any ideas. Thank's.

yep sounds like its wired in wrong disconnect the constent live should sort it for now
