I tried deleting an album from my MP3 player via the sidebar on the player itself, and it froze.
I then hit the reset button and it went to the "Rebuilding..." screen, but the on-screen bar has been stuck at 1/5th of the way across for several hours.
I have tried pressing the reset button a few times now, but every time it goes to the same screen and the bar always stops at the same point.

If the Zen EZ100 freezes:-

Let the battery power down then recharge and in many cases the zen ez100 will be back to normal.

Delete all of your songs and files then let it charge for about 45 mins .. this has happened to me quite alot.
