We have a Natuzzi swivel chair and little ball bearings have fallen out ?

We have been having difficulties with a Natuzzi leather swivel chair. Metal ball bearings have been falling out and the chair has become unsafe to sit in. It has completely come unbalanced. Though it was purchased several years ago we brought it into the livingroom just a few months ago. Macy's said that they could do nothing about it as did the Natuzzi company. It is useless to us as it is and would like to be able to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have the same issue. I have found a replacement (a bit costly) at swivel-chair-parts.com - click on "Upholstered items" and the ring swivel works Style #19850

I have the same issue -- I haven't had our chair repaired yet, but I contacted a Lazy Boy repairman and he said it's the swivel plate that needs replaced. Sounds like it's a simple fix. Hope I can get this done quick -- love my Natuzzi leather recliner!
