Is it a common problem with Phillips 28CL 26" TV's to keep blowing fuses ?

After the TV has been on for 3-4 hours the fuse blows in the wallplug.I have checked the wall socket and it's fine so it must be the TV but I don't get how power is going the wrong way back up the power lead to blow the fuse?It seems that as the set is heating up something is shorting out but when the set goes off there are no strange sounds or smells it just switches off, replacing the fuse in the plug is all thats needed to get it working again(for 3-4 hours until the fuse go's again)I would be greatful for any help,Thankyou.
