Zanussi zwd 1471w. Dryer problem?

When dryer is started, drum turns but blower will not start.
Seems OK after cold wash, but when you try to run another dryer cycle it wont start.Is this a thermostat problem and can I reset it???

belt was replaced so that is not problem. Clothes slightly steamy after drying cycle plus dryer wont start a second time need to leave idle for 30-45mins ok to run again.

New belt on blower not seizing, I have heat when dryer runs.

remove the lid and see if the blower fan rotates as they have a habit of seizing up or the belts coming off
