Earlier this evening I printed successfully a b/w, colour document. Later my husband tried to print off some photos but they were poor quality. I can now only print certain docs but none of them show colours. I just tried to print a colour microsoft publisher document which just came out totally blank, I uninstalled and then re-installed the printer but this hasn't helped. The printer cartrides are both full and not very old. Can you advise please?
