will need to get rid of excess water first, lower the drain hose down into a empty bowl,water should flow out(may be slow due to the feathers) when bowl full empty it, keep doing this a couple of times sooner or later the front door will open, remove the quilt and clear the feathers, drag machine out and tilt backwards to access the front filter and pull out the feathers check/clear the pump reassemble ,put machine on a rinse/spin cycle and try it.
Note
due to the feathers being anywhere in the machine drum or hoses you may have to repeat the above to clear the filter and pump more than once till you are happy with pump output.
