When i turn on my san disk e260 the blue navigating circle/ring lights up but the screen is blank and the player isn't recognised by my pc or mac when i plug in the usb connection. I've spoken to san disk technicians and tried all the the sansa internet support recommendations such as pressing on/off button for 20 seconds then switching e260 back on
