removed the filter only to find a 5 pence piece jammimg the pump impellor , removed and works perfectly saved me a call out and huge bill i would imagine ! many thanks.

Remove plate from back of the machine and check the power belt has not came off. This happened to my machine i was going to buy a new one but checked the back first and the belt had became loose bought new one for £10 easy to fit

remove the filter at the bottom right.shine a torch in to the filter housing and check if something is jammed in the drain pump impellor
