how can i fix my candy eclypsa washing machine?

My Candy Eclypsa washing machine is not filling with water. The water pours into the drawer Ok but then starts pouring out of the drawer all over the floor. Have removed drawer and it seems water is not going down into machine so think there must be a blockage?!? HELP!
