jack plug?

The end of the jack plug on my speakers has become unattached and is stuck at the bottom of the female part of my speaker connection.Has any one got any idea how to get it out because at the moment I can only recieve anything out of one speaker!

Using a long nose plier or some other delicate plier, gently pull on the bit of whire that should still protude from the jack.

Finaly, you'll probably end up buying a new set of speakers.
