Samsung SF-5100 plays 'dead' for 20 mins after switch on then, after a few minutes of fast clicking noises, it does it's start-up routine and works normally - Tx,Rx copy, etc.
After long period on standby it then begins to run the start-up routine again over and over.
The 230Vac is getting onto the PSU board but there doesn't seem to be any dc voltages. Diodes, resistors and tfmr seem to be ok?
