Hi my PHILIPS 28PW6517/05 tv has been playing up for some weeks now. First picture has been warped slightly then gradually switching on has become a problem, screen will come on very warped then switches off. We eventually had to switch on 10 times and then wait for picture to settle down. Now it will not switch on at all. Is it repairable it seems such a waste. Its less than 8 years old. Thanks
