I am converting old family vhs-c tapes into DVD's through the use of a vhs-c adapter (in a vcr). 2 tapes cannot hold vertical (tracking adjustment does not help). I've tried a new adapter and a 2nd vcr to factor out these sources as a possible cause. It must be the tape. Any suggestions?
