Spare parts for Chainsaw ECHO CS-3900?

I am finding it difficult to obtain or locate a clutch cover with attached safety brake assembly for an ECHO CS-3900, The dealers do not respond & US spares are very expensive. As anyone outthere got one at a reasonable price, or suitable for the spares that I need. Hope someone can help.
