my machine washes perfect but vibrates all over the floor and the racket is extreme. is there a common repair for this? its like its continually unballanced, have tried everything to tie it down but the drum just wants to violently shake

Is it new mate? because the drum is bolted when new if you do not take them out on first instalation, it will jump about.
