how can i fix my phone ,i seem to get no connection my wiring is messed up ?

dont know what colour wire goes where wire is coming from outside,which is bare and is not connected to a socket please help me thanx

First of all if you are in the UK, the incoming wire belongs to BT and you are not allowed to touch it.

Second you don't really give enough information to give an answer.
