No Hot water from combi?

I have a 10 year old Vokera Linea 28. I have no hot or cold water coming through the taps at all. The central heating works fine.
How can I tell whether it's the Diverter valve/ diaphragm or the diverter motor that's causing the problem? Could it be a build up of deposits that's the underlying problem as a plumber had said my system needed to be flushed [ but I'm sceptical].When it went wrong there was a a constant clicking before I switched the boiler off. When I switched it back on the clicking had gone and so had the hot water! Thanks, Jon.

"I have no hot or cold water coming through the taps at all"

Are you sure nothing has been turned off? Any of the valves under the boiler etc as it is very unusual to loose the water through both taps.

Even though systems that seem to be sludge free can damage boilers id say (8/10 times) you wouldnt be happy with the central heating if the system was sludged up. (However many may disagree!)

Ive got to be honest without water going through to the taps I couldnt tell you what to look for at the diaphragm. As you need to be opening/shutting the hot water tap to see how the diaphragm pin behaves.

Respond to the message after youve checked the valves etc and il look back on and see if i can help anymore
