I have the above named washing machine which is barely 14 months old, when we try and start any program the drum fills but there is no actual wash or countdown and the program eventually returns to "End".

I have tried the reset program as listed in the manual and spoken to Beko themselves who stated the machine is "noted for it"

It's costing me a fortune down the launderette please help!

switch it off with the on/off switch on the fascia.select the 90 deg cottons program with the dial.now press and hold the start button in and whilst still pressing start button in switch machine on with the on/off switch on the fascia.keep the start button pressed until the led above the start button comes on.when led comes on let go of start button.now press the start button again.switch off with on/off switch on fascia and then try setting a program as normal
