I found out that my Hoover HNL662 is starting to chew my clothes. On inspection, I found the plastic parts inside the drum that act as bafflesare breaking apart revealing holes with sharp stainless edges that are tearing the clothes. Has anyone noticed this problem? if so what solution was tried. I guess I need to replace these parts that do not appear t be fit for purpose.
