Analogue clock on Britannia Range not working ?

I have a duel fuel Britannia range. I changed the clock to BST+1 yesterday and now the clock is making a very strange noise and is refusing to work.
Any tips...It has done this before but has always rectified itself after turning off the cooker at the mains.
