Fisher & Paykel GWL 10 Problem?

I just bought a used Fisher & Paykel GWL 10 Ecowasher. The whole time I have owned it, it has never worked properly. The washer never fills with water and does not ever agitate. When You put the clothes in, it will put about 2 or 3 gallons of water in it and it never agitates the clothes. It will soak for a while with a small amount of water and turn around a few times. Then it will spin, and rinse the clothes and then spins them again real fast to complete the wash.
The main problem is that it will never fill with water or agitate the clothes. It beeps about ever 5 to 8 minutes and then you have to manually push the button to make it go to the soak, rinse, and spine cycle.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be or what part i may need to replace ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I may be reached at 225-200-6122

When it beeps there should be an error code showing. Either as a number on an LCD screen or if it does not have the screen then what lights are on & which are off along the top row. Count from the left to right.
