Blaupunkt 6-cd changer is jammed wont eject Help ?

04 GTO Pontiac Went to eject CD Now It just keeps changing to the radio. It says Mech Error. Dont Know what to do. Went to stereo Shop, they wont even try or look at it. Is there any way to take apart to get cd out? Do I Need a code? Lost need help!! Sue
