best way to get all your channels that u might not have is to go to installation and erase all channels then do a full power scan by pressing the yellow button click ok .... maybe twice .....your tele will go blank for a minute or so just leave alone and it will do its course will take around 10 mins you will then have all your channels and if you had channels on fav you wont need to add fav as they will still be there
