suspension?

hi.i have a 310d sprinter 310d model, 1998.it tilts on the passenger side.i cannot locate any suspension or springs.please assist

Your sprinter has a mono leaf spring which runs across your front subframe. The ends sit in a rubber pad inside the wishbones.If you turn your steering you can see the end of the spring its under the triangle shape plate.
