The glass bowl of our hotpoint wf546 has been smashed.

What to replace it but unsure how to remove the old one? Have removed the door panel screws, 3 off. But not sure how to get the panel over the door handle? Thinking the handle needs to come off first?

Can anyone help??

remove all the surround screws holding the 2 halves together then gently start to prise the 2 halves apart, over the internal lip with the aid of a butter knife, the replacement glass fits in from the back ,a lug denotes the top position

this is just the same way that you have to use to access the door catch if spring breaks.
