My AEG FAVORIT 50750 Dishwasher is making a continuous sucking noise as if it is jammed. Ive tried turning the plug off and on again but still the same sound as if it is emptying. Any ideas please.

you have water in the base.switch it off at the mains and tip the dishwasher on its back and let the water drain out.now retry.if base floods again you have a leak and need to find out where from.the anti flood system has kicked in and needs resetting by the procedure above
