If saniflo is less than 2yrs old then it is still under warranty OR on each side there are 4 screws, remove the 2 nearest the front and pull the pan away from the wall until you can JUST reach under the button, here you will find a small tube, is it attached to the button? If yes then pull tube off the button and blow down it, if unit starts then the button is faulty if not then the PCB needs replacing (expensive).
