I just bought the Trio v430 mp3 and immediately ran into a problem. It just wouldn't turn on. When it is plugged into the charger and fully charged it works fine, but the second you unplug it the mp3 turns right off and doesn't come back on unless the charger plugs back in. This is really annoying cause then I can only use it at home but I wan't to be able to use it elsewhere.

I just got one for christmas because an older mp3 player of mine broke, mine had the same problem, what i did was hold down the play/pause button for 3-5 seconds after turning the switch to on. After i let go it turned right on.
I hope this works for you and who ever else may need a solution to this problem.
I just noticed that now is probably too late for you, but i hope itll help anyone who needs help in the future.
