The machine was not taking powder as it had all solidified in the back where the tray goes in, i removed the solid powder and replaced the tray, when i turn on the machine water spills out of the powder dispenser at a fast rate, i took the tray out again and it seems like the pipe that takes the water down is not taking it down, i have rooted down it with a pencil and there appears to be no blockage.
