My Servis M6755 won't drain, Help?

When i'm doing a wash and the machine goes on to spin the water doesn't drain away so even after 2 spins i have to remove the clothes and wring them out ( sometimes have to rinse in the sink to remove soap also)??

sounds like you both have a blocked pump
remove your exit hose from pump and see if anything has got trapped or is blocking pump

hi i have the same problem,noticed over the last month or so when draining the washer was making an unusually bad noise then did a wash yesterday and the washer stopped draining,have put this down to a pump failure not to sure where to go from here!!!!
