i have a vauxhall corsa 1997 and the radio code but carnt put it in ive tryed leaveing it on for a few hours but still says safe ive tryed holdind tha ac button down and turning it on but still no luck now im clueless of what to try next

ive tryed leaving it on but goes off after an hour so how do i leave it on do i keep turning it on like i did just keep turning power back on

matty you must leave it do not touch one button for it to reset. can take a few hours. key must be turned on.

tryed that but display just shows safe nothing eles when i do it i hear a bleep then let go of ac button and display still shows safe

matty you must leave the key turned on the car dont have to be running

Switch On Ignition (No Need To Start Engine)
Press & Hold Preset " AS " and
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" SAFE " And Then Shows " 10 - - - - "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press & Hold Preset " AS " Until the Unit Beeps
