Please can someone help me. I'm still struggling trying to fix my washer (Hotpoint Aquarius WMA30)which was losing water from the door and also powder drawer and didn't appear to be pumping out properly. After advice saying to clear the filter I have taken the bottom panel off at the back and after struggling a great deal to get the clip off the bottom of the large black hose, I have now managed to release that as was told that the filter was inside the hose, however there is no filter inside it? What am I looking for. Please can you or someone else advise urgently as i've had no running water since i pulled washer out as I had to disconnect from u-bend. Thanks a lot.
