what amp is needed for a s9j1f dishwasher?

What amp do i use in a s9j1f dishwasher have replaced it once with a 13 amp and it made a loud bang although this type was in there before..

This is a Boisch Dishwasher

Most modern appliances have a rating plate on them showing the power consumption in Watts - to get the current just divide Watts by the domestic voltage - 230V in Europe. Pick a Fuse one step up i.e. my Dishwasher is 2.2kW so a 10A fuse is on the limit so I use a 13A fuse.

13A is fine for your dishwasher - but if it went Bang! then the size of the fuse in the plug is the least of your worries. A new fuse will not get it going again.

It needs diagnosis and repair - or replacing.
