Hello
I think this is a speaker cable problem.
The sound cuts out because the unit is going into 'protect mode'
You need to make sure that there are no wires touching together.
The easiest way...is to disconnect all of the speaker output cables at the rear of the unit.
You will probably find that it will work ok untill you plug the defective cable back in.
When you find which cable is causing the problem..you can check for a 'short'.
If all the cables seem ok it might be the speaker that is faulty.
Again...disconnect the speakers..but this time at the speaker end of the cable.Be careful...not to let the wires touch together.
When you re-connect the faulty speaker..the unit will switch off.
Finaly....if all this does not eliminate the fault...it might be that you are connecting too many speakers..or the wrong speakers.
Try connecting headphones....if it tunsup loud on headphones...it has got to be a speaker or a cable fault.
I hope this helps.
