Recently I have noticed that the hot water supply is flowing from the down stairs taps as well as the bathroom but the bath taps and shower will only give cold luke warm water any ideas?

hello it will be the divertor valve causing the problem.the diaphram will be split or stretched would replace valve as repair kits fail after short period and the valve is not the easiest to get at as parts need to be removed to get at it the best price for the valve is the ebay shop warmorwet which sells everthing from spares to boilers and much more
