Worcester Bosch 35cdi - Pressure dropped/pilot out?

Hi there - I hope someone can help! The pressure has dropped on my boiler and although I have a key I cant find the appropriate 'hole' - I've turned the heating off yesterday for the first time in months and now the pilot light has gone out because the pressure has dropped to zero. Can anyone give me a very quick idiots guide to where the key goes please?????

You need to remove bottom white panel by pullind downwards, there is a hole at bottom of boiler middle left, insert key and open filling gray knob near to where is inserted. this boiler does not have pilot light. it is automatic ingination to fire boiler You may have to reset overheat stat if tripped.
