Tiolet?

The overflow? pipe on the outside of my house from my toilet is dripping. How do I stop this? I have a modern toilet (cheap) but with a handle to flush.

Take lid of cistern - adjust water level.

Operate flush several times and observe the mechanism that shuts off the water - either lower the float further into the water or adjust the plastic screw in towards the shut-off valve - do up the locking nut.
