Hard drive error or failure
Try holding the #s 1 and 9 keys and powering on the main switch, if the scan disk function completes
Download Mode will be displayed, then power cycle.

If the error persists replace the hard drive and reload

Hold down the 1 and 9 keys and turn on ,wait then the machine will do a hard disk check it will take 45mins and display down load when finished, then you can turn it off it should worokk
