the
overflow pipe from the eves is flooding the back patio.It stops when I flush the toilet for a short time .
How do I fix it please?

Take lid off toilet cistern and adjust water level - a two minute job.

Either lower the float into the water or more usually screw in the nylon adjuster towards the water inlet valve - to shut it off sooner - and tighten the locking nut else you'll have to make the adjustment again next week.
