Faut 245 then fault 49 what does this mean/?

I have F&P washing machine, model WL80T65CW and it is coming up with error 245 and after resetinq it as per the owners guide it comes up with fault 49. the Solonoids on the inlet for both hot and cold ar ok and there is water available. could you please advise.
