How do I change a washer in a v100 vertical shower? ?

We have a v100 vertical thermostatic mixer shower valve in our static caravan that is dripping. I have taken the unit out and it is all OK and so I assume that a washer in the tap part needs replacing.

Hi Im a Caravan Engineer, I dont think you will stop it dripping Im assuming you have frost damage and the v100 is not good at all in a frost you will have to change the unit sorry
