Our treadmill won't come down to 0 from 9 incline . Everything else works fine, we just can't fold it up because the incline won't come down. It beeps when trying to bring the incline down and hows 1.5 though it seems it as at about 9. Sometimes it shows 9.5 and allows me to decline to 9, but doesn't move. just shows it is inclining to 9 on the lcd panel.??
