The other day I was washing a load or towels in my GE front loader wsxh208A1ww washing machine when there was a loud banging sound. It kept spinning after this but the water never fully drained and the drum basket is sitting lower. If I turn it on, it will spin (I'm not sure it is to full speed) but the water still won't drain. What do you think the problem is? Any suggestions?
