My computer keeps shutting down, although it will start in safe mode?
I get on the screen

The only things that have changed recently are that i downloaded Norton antivirus 2010 and we recently had a burgler alarm fitted (sounds bizarre i know but i wondered if there was any connection)
I have a dell inspiron 8600 and its about 6 years old. i only use it for personal use ie sending emails and looking up on the internet.
Any answers?
