G.E.tfx20jr fridge not cooling?

My freezer seems fine but Fridge is not working.Could this also be due to the defrost heater?

Could be your baffle this we found out when we contacted www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk they operate in london and surrey area they came out and fix a problem we had with the supply of our water.
