How can I fix Jaguar 23 boiler?

I have a Jaguar 23 combination boiler. If I take a hot shower the water is nice and hot. If I turn the shower off and then turn it back on the water is cold.
Radiators and normal use of hot water does not create this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
