We have a tv in our communal area (supported housing project) and someone has set the lock code. We have followed instructions, but it will not allow us to reset thus making our tv useless.. Any ideas?

My little logic tv set has no signal, there was a warning on the screen a few weeks ago that tis would happen , I think that there was some reference to say it needed to resort to factory mode. how can I get my programmes restored. all I am able so far is to obtain is DAVE station and an advertising cahannel
