i have a ferroli optimax he31c b oiler and i cant get hot water, would the pilot light have gone out, if so how do i ignite it again

first these boilers dont have pilot lights its automatic ignition .check the obvious do you have heating if yes boiler works .turn on hw tap and see if display tap on boiler shows digital water if yes possible stuck diverter valve ,if no ,possible stuck flowmeter.
